One of the least rewarding tasks in organizing a conference is being a publication chair. Putting together the digital proceedings is very tedious; from verifying adherence of final manuscripts to correct format to ensuring that authors submit manuscripts on time, and cross-checking with program and registration information. If you are organizing a conference we would like to offload that task from you and be your virtual publication chair.

We shall take care of:

• Generation of a mutually agreed upon publication timeline
• Collection of author lists from conference/workshop organizers
• Creation of the final manuscript submission portal
• Dissemination of final manuscript submission instructions to authors
• Ensuring paper compliance with format
• Collection of front matter from organizers
• Generation of table of contents
• Generation of a digital copy of the proceedings for download or distribution on digital media
• Interaction with sponsor (e.g. IEEE or ACM), if applicable,  regarding copyright transfer
• Inclusion in sponsor's digital libraries for approved events

Pricing

For proceeding development we charge per file (paper) included in the proceedings. The first 50 papers included in the proceedings will be $30 for setup  + $10 per paper. Discounts are available for larger conferences.
